Manufacture Liegeoise D’Armes a Feu. SxS 12 ga Made in Liege Belgium. Blue on barrels near 95%, but has spots of surface rust down exterior of barrels. Case colors gone have faded to gray. Action has small amount of play in it. Rounded pistol grip style stock with rt. handed cheek piece, and some handling wear. One hairline crack behind action. Stock has alittle play near action. Double triggers, sling swivels, greener crossbolt, and rib extension. Barrels are bright, but has light pitting in both barrels near breach. Decent size ding in right barrel about half way down (see photos). Guns from Liegeoise were manufactured from 1866-1929. I don’t know exactly when this was produced, but C&R acceptable. Gun has signs of being a high-class gun in its day. It has the double screws in the release (see photo), and gold inlay of “S” for safety (see photo). It also has engraved triggerguard with letter B? Barrel release spring is fairly weak. Gun needs alittle TLC, but could be a fine shotgun with alittle work. Barrels are 28 ½" long and choked modified and modified. LOP is 14 ¼" over original buttplate. Weight is 6.9 lbs. Barrel is stamped with the following: Manufacture Liégeoise D’Armes à Feu. Liege Fondee en 1866. And Acier Special. Interesting shaped buttplate.
SHIPPING- I try to ship within 2-3 business days or less. All rifles/shotguns are shipped in new plastic hardcases inside a cardboard box to prevent damage. If you do not want the case, it can be returned for a $13 refund. I am tired of fighting with UPS and FedEx and this seems to have solved 99% of the problems associated with shipping damage.
