Manufrance - St. Etienne, France Robust Double built on #10 frame. 12 gauge with ejectors. Barrels measure 27-1/2-inches and are choked Full/IC. Chambers 2-3/4-inches. Barrels are blue finish and show only a few light scattered scratches. There is one wear spot/discoloration on the right barrel just forward of the chamber. Barrel rib is tapered concave with gold bead front sight. Bores are very good. The boxlock receiver displays brilliant case coloring and well executed floral scroll engraving. Two piece trigger guard and top lever are blue finish and engraved. The trigger guard bow has a purple/blue mix patina. The trigger guard tang is bright blue. Fancy grade walnut stock has a hand rub oil finish, side panels, straight wrist and splinter forend both which have a rather attractive style of "skipline" checkering. The butt shows very little handling. There are two visible very light dings on left side panel. There is also a very shallow (surficial) crack on the left side of the wrist just above the panel. Forend shows almost no handling. LOP measures 14 1/4-inches over Pachmaryr Decelerator pad. Drop at comb measures 1 3/8-inches and drop at heel measures 2 1/4-inches. Weight 6 1/2-pounds.
