From its BS letter Italian Date Code, this blank revolver was manufactured in 2002. Construction is mostly zinc alloy, with some steel parts, including the cylinder rod and its mating surfaces, and the firing pin. Barrel is 6 inches, and is not really a barrel at all, gases vent ought through the .130 wide space between the cylinder face and solid area behind the barrel assembly. This revolver follows the general contours and dimensions of a Colt Python. Cylinder has internal baffles and undersize ports to prevent some fool trying to convert this to a real firearm. Cylinder capacity is six rounds of 380K Blank Ammunition. The ammunition construction comes from loading and then crimping a .380 ACP Case. Headstamps indicate 380 / 9x17, but it is a rimmed case as the photos show. Blank ammunition is readily available, but we are not familiar with it enough to make any statements about interchangeability. This revolver works and times properly, both on single action and double action. We estimate the double action trigger pull to be in the 20 pound vicinity, and the single action pull gauges at a stiff but crisp 6 7/8 pounds. Weight empty is 38 1/2 ounces. Surface detractions are moderate, principally edge whitening and some blast whitening near the firing pin and barrel junction areas, and in the cylinder flutes. We rate this blank revolver as Very Good, 80 percent vicinity, Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
