From an old Southern Warehouse where they’ve been sitting for many years come these excellent Sile Thumb Rest Target Grips for Smith & Wesson K and L Frame Square Butt Revolvers. They are very attractive semi-gloss finished Italian Walnut, imported exclusively by Sile in the 1970s and early 1980s. All these are in their original white cardboard boxes, all manufactured before the advent of the L Frame since it is not mentioned in the model enumeration on the end of the box. All these grips, the ones in the photos and their identical mates, are brand new in boxes, but since they are so old, they have faint dullness to their edges, simply from age. Box marking is No. 7 / K- TR, for K frame Thumb Rest; and Model enumeration is K 22, K 32, K 38, and 38 M&P Sq. Butt. These grips are collectable in their own right, but they are period appropriate for any Smith & Wesson K or L Frame Square Butt revolvers, since these grips were actively marketed from the early 1960s until the mid 1980s. Note that these will not accommodate speedloaders, the thumbrest on the left panel prevents that. We’re offering them by the set each for only $ 39.00.
