We are offering for sale an antique Parker Brothers E Grade Double Barrel shotgun chambered in 10 gauge. This E grade is set on a Number 3 frame. Overall condition is very good with some lighter signs of wear.
30” Damascus barrels are very good with strong, thick walls. Muzzle shows light wear; Bore is bright and clean with faint wear. Barrels have attractive top rib and front brass bead sight. No dents.
Receiver is very good as well with beautiful engraved scenes on all sides. Finish has a nice, grey patina with ligh surface wear. Screws are very good with some minor wear. Water table reads “E” and “2”; 1889 Patent date. Double triggers very good; working condition; Engraved trigger guard. VERY ATTRACTIVE RECEIVER.
Walnut stock is good with some wear to checkering. No chips, cracks or major dents. Grip cap and decorative butt plate remain perfect without damage. Fore-end is beautiful, again with worn checkering. Metal parts engraved; underside shows case colors.
