Permanently attached on the front is a Surefire FH212 flash hider. This upper was purchased complete from Noveske through Gun Gallery INC and then sent out for permanent attachment of the flash hider by ADCO. With the flash hider attached the length is over 16" and thus does not constitute an SBR. Noveske did not list the option of a RIS2 rail however they made them available for dealers such as Gun Gallery to request. This upper was purchased in 2011 and has less than 500 rounds through it, it is in very good overall condition.
