1934, CODE byf (Mauser Code) Luger P.08 Manufactured in 1941, 9 mm para. Semi-auto, serial number 9933, all matching numbers. 4-inch barrel, bore very good, no pitting, 96% blue. V-Notch rear toggle, dovetail front blade sight. Receiver showing 97% blue coverage. Blue 7/16” trigger. Blue steel magazine with aluminum base, serial number 559. Left side of the receiver, above grip is engraved “PAUL E. ALBRIGHT / AUSTRIA” with a triangular symbol, believed to be the name of the G.I., his combat unit (11 Armored) and location where captured.
