This is the premier boxlock built by Beretta from 1. This particular gun was built in 1960 and is in original condition right down to the stock finish and the checkered butt. The gun comes with a 26 inch barrel choked .006 and .023 making it skeet and modified. The 30 inch barrel is choked .011 and .023 making it improved cylinder and modified. All bores are in perfect condition and both are numbered to the gun and marked 1 and 2. Gun has a small pistol grip and very slender field style forend. Stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 3/8 X 14 1/4. The gun has a single trigger. Gun comes in a very nice custom leather trunk case. Weight of the gun with the 26" barrels is 5 lbs 11 ounces. With the 30" barrels it weighs 5lbs. 13 ounces. This gun feels like a wand in your hand and is perfectly balanced. Gun has light bluing wear on the 26 inch barrels and only the lightest of handling marks on the wood.
