It is in great condition and has no issues. There may be a few very minor scuffs which are from regular use. It has a lightened spring that is installed in the pistol and gives you a smooth 6-7 pound double action trigger pull. It is an amazing trigger. The original spring also comes with the deal. You also get an extra magazine. (All magazines are 10 round magazines) a total of 3 As well as 2 13 round magazines. The 13 Round magazines will come from Rhode Island in a separate box. I live in NY state and can only have the 10 rounders on hand and have to store the 13 rounders at a different location out of state. You also get a Sphinx IWB Bravo Concealment holster that works great with this firearm. If shipping out of state it will be shipped from my FFL to yours and shipping will cost a flat 35 dollars to the lower 48.
