WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 Saddle Ring Lever Action Carbine in 30 WCF Caliber, MFG. 1903, Ser. 276XXX, 100% original, Brass blade front sight, Folding ladder rear sight graduated to "20", Saddle ring staple and ring mounted on the left side of receiver and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel carbine buttplate. The barrel and magazine tube retain 90% plus original blue finish. The receiver has a 85% blue with the balance a smooth brown patina. The stock and forearm both fit tight to the metal with minor scattered scuffs and dings, "JV" etched into left side of stock. The markings are crisp and clear. The action and bore are very good.
