French percussion musket converted to 12 ga shotgun with Snyder type action, commonly known as a zulu. 31.5" barrel. Serial number 19XX marked on underside of block, Belgium proofed. Bore is fair-good. Metal is mechanically sound and has been cleaned (no blue left). Stock has been cut down and is badly broken at back side of lockplate, tang and trigger guard. All pieces are there. Wood has been refinished; is not oil soaked and would be repairable. Gun would require a through check over by a qualified gunsmith before being shot. Photos on request.
