Browning .22 Long Rifle Semi-Automatic take-down model, made in Belgium between 1956-1960. Grade I Condition is 90%. Bluing is excellent, with minor scuff marks and ding in the stock. Excellent condition.

WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS, RECEIVERS OR HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINES TO CA, HI, NY, NJ, MD, & MA DUE TO UNCONSTITUTIONAL LOCAL AND STATE GUN LAWS. Change your state government or move to a Constitutional/Bill of Rights supporting state.

WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS OR LOWER RECEIVERS DIRECTLY TO THE PURCHASER, UNLESS YOU ARE A CURRENT FFL DEALER. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL FFL DEALER TO MAKE SURE THE FIREARM YOU ARE PURCHASING IS LEGAL FOR YOUR STATE AND LOCATION.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE OF AGE AND AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE A FIREARM. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE A COMPLETE RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, AND YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE A HANDGUN OR LOWER RECEIVER.

FFL Required:

All firearms and lower receivers must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We need a signed hard copy or a scanned and emailed copy (as long as the FFL is signed in blue ink), sent by the FFL dealer prior to shipping. Faxes will not be accepted. The FFL will then be verified through the ATF’s FFL EZ Check. We will call and authenticate the order with the customer and the FFL dealer that we are shipping to. The receiving FFL dealer will be responsible to conduct the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) on the customer. If the customer receives a DENY, the firearm will be returned to us and the return shipping will be deducted from the buyer’s refund, along with a 15% restocking fee.

In-Store Transfer:

If you purchase a rifle, shotgun, handgun or lower receiver from us through this auction or from our website, you have the option to pick the item up in-store. You will be required to pass the NICS background check prior to transfer. You must be a resident of Texas (and prove it) prior to the transfer. The $20 shipping fee will be refunded and the state and local tax will be added to the purchase (currently 6.75%).

Returns/Refunds:

Firearms, uppers, lowers and ammunition may not be returned due to safety considerations. Return and repair must be conducted directly with the ammo or firearms manufacturer.

For items MIT Arms, LLC manufactures, you may return it to us at your cost. The item will be repaired or replaced, then returned to you at our cost. You must contact us first for a return number prior to shipping. Return number must be printed on the outside of the box on two sides (black sharpie works best).

Shipping details:

Shipping price is for Continental U.S. only. Alaska shipments will be extra. We don't ship to Hawaii. Item may be picked up at our location. For details, look under in-store pick up in the item description for details.

UPS is our shipping agency and the item will depart our location within 2 business days by UPS ground after the receipt and verification of payment.
