Here is an almost complete set of Lincoln Cents, from 1909 through 1989-S. This is a circulated set, but it is 'way above average for the overall grade of its pennies. The six missing early coins, of course, are tough ones to get hold of, but the search is rewarding and enjoyable. Coins missing are the 1909-S, the 1909-S VDB, the 1911-S, 1914-D, and 1931-S. The 1922-P, of course, is not even in the picture at all; it was an error coin anyway from the Denver Mint. The coins where Lincoln's ear is barely visible or not visible are as follows: 1910-S, 1911-D, 1912-S, 1913, 1913-D, 1915, 1915-D, 1916-S, 1917, 1917-D, 1919-S, 1922D, 1926, and 1928-D. All the other coins in the collection will grade Fine or Better by our estimate. Many of the pre-WWII are Extremely Fine, and many of the 1940s and 1950s coins are AU-BU grade. The second volume's Memorial Cent Coins are all AU or BU Condition, and all it lacks being complete through the Year 1995 are the S Mint Proof Coins from 1993, 1994, and 1995. We are including close-ups of the semi-keys included: 1909 VDB, 1910-S, 1911-D, 1912-S, 1913-S, 1914-S, 1915-S, 1922-D, and 1926-S. This set comes in early 1990s plastic flip-type-pages with inserts that slide out, and there are two volumes, the first through 1940. Complete sets command pricing of $1500 or more at present.
