Custom Mauser in cal .338-.06: Rifle is based on a matte finished commercial Mauser action and fitted with a Wilson barrel (also matte), properly cut and crowned. The trigger is a Timney with two position side safety. The rifle is topped with Weaver one piece mounts and rings and fitted with a new Burris Fullfield II 3x9 B- Plex scope. The stock is walnut with beautfulgrip and fore end caps; recoil pad is a Pachmayr. Package comes with Redding reloading dies, 90+ fire-formed cases, 100+ bullets, and reloading data. Metal work is excellent. Bolt knob has small discoloration. Wood is beautiful - a couple of handling marks that are so small I can't get them on camera. This is a super accurate rifle, ready for the field or the range. Custom quality offered at much less than what you could expect to pay from a quality custom shop. Will only ship to FFL holder. Payment must be made in USPS or Bank of America Money Orders unless prior arrangements are made. Any other payment, including bank money orders and cashier’s check will delay shipping. (There are a lot of fake money orders and Cashier’s checks floating around). If a firearm is returned because it is not legal in your state, there will be a 20% restocking fee. All firearms will be shipped to the buyer’s state only. Know your laws. Shipping for the rifle is by USPS Priority Mail is $35 which does not include insurance. Ammunition and reloading accessories will be shipped USP Ground and buyer pays an additional $15.
