For your consideration is a premium example of the rare and collectable Winchester Model 88 carbine, chambered in the most desirable .284 caliber. This piece is just in excellent condition. I’ll say the wood and metal both are in 98% condition and when I say 98%, I mean they are all of that. Both metal and wood have just a couple of the slightest handling marks that most people wouldn’t even notice. This carbine is 100% solid, functions perfectly and has a pristine bore. It is also completely factory original right down to the sight hood. This is just about as good as it gets unless you can find one that went directly from the factory into a museum/protective type setting. This old Winchester makes no apologies. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Shipping and handling will be 35 dollars and the buyer may request a hard case for an additional 25 dollars.
