Remington Rolling Block chambered for the .45-70 with a mint bore. Has the Remington address on the top tang, and the 35" barrel is full blued. Looks like the barrel may have been relined and then blued?the American walnut wood is dry, and good for the age, one piece of wood missing alongside the trigger-guard, and can be repaired.Has sling lops and a cleaning rod. Frame is speckled with recent frost or corrosion. Markings on the barrel near the breech state: Crown over a V1, and number 405!A rugged gun to shoot those .45-70's . Several photos listed.
