The BOSS tunes the harmonics of the barrel and reduces the recoil by 30-50%. This gun literally feels like a BB gun on the shoulder. I have fired one hole groups at 100-250 yards with factory ammo. Approximately 100 rounds fired through the rifle and it has been kept in a safe. The condition was rated between 95-98%. Absolutely nothing wrong with this rifle, I just don't use it anymore. I'd prefer it get used instead of collect dust. Retail, the rifle with all accessories is worth between $1700 - $2000.
