Here is a nice 58 cal contract musket in Very Good condition. Lock is marked U.S. Norwich 1863. Manufactured by the Norwich Arms Co. This is from the 1863/1864 contract, 25000 manufactured. The stock is in excellent condition with strong inspector marks. The gun has been cleaned at one time, has minor pitting. I have tried to show the condition in the pictures. The rear sight is not original.
