Vintage Ordnance Co. LLC FP-45 Liberator Pistol & Packaging Replica Set One of the limited 1000 pcs run of pistol and packaging sets made by Vintage Ordnance Co. LLC () The pistol is a class 1 firearm and has a rifled barrel. The manufacturer information is discreetly stamped on the lower portion of the barrel in the trigger guard in 1/16th" characters on two lines "FP-45,.45 ACP/VOCO, E-town, KY" The only other marking is the serial number on the front of the grip frame. The firing pin hole is not fully drilled through and Vintage Ordnance Co. LLC does not advocate firing any Liberator pistol due to the inherent dangers in its design. Included with the pistol is a complete set of replica packaging materials including: waxed outer shipping box, inner ammo box and spacer, instruction sheet printed on watermarked cotton rag bond paper, wooden unloading dowel, and packing block. NO AMMO IS INCLUDED. The double lock, glass faced display case is solid oak with a masonite back and a removable felt covered sheet. One key is included. The pistol and accessories can be arranged in the case to suit your tastes. The case can easily be adapted for display on a wall but this will require that you install your own mounts for the pistol and packaging components.
