High Standard Manufacturing Co model Hi-Standard “B” semi-auto pistol chambered in .22 LR

This is an early production gun utilizing Hartford Arms front sight, safety and takedown parts; (according to Blue Book Publications Inc.) It is an original High Standard pistol, basically the same gun as Hartford Arms 1925 Automatic. It has a small frame, 6 ¾” lightweight barrel, fixed Partridge type front and rear sights, checkered hard rubber grips with High Standard impressed monogram.

Condition: Bluing has holster wear and handling marks, as well as some light finish scratches on the slide and receiver. It has some light finish speckles in spots, but there are not many. Grips checkering is good and there are no signs of cracks. Cycles fine – we test fire a few rounds for functionality. Comes with two 10-round magazines. One looks and feels fine, the 2nd one seems to have a worn spring – it rattles when you shake it.
