New in the box Kimber of Oregon M84 Super America in .223 Remington with options!!! This wonderful example of the original Kimber company’s craftsmanship was built 25 years ago in 1984 and is a first year production rifle for the Model 84. The stock is well colored and figured California Claro walnut and incorporates a Neidner, checkered, inletted, blued steel butt plate, a three dimensional blued steel grip cap, inletted sling swivel studs, tear-drop shaped cheekpiece, 20 line per inch hand checkering on the pistol grip and forearm, and ebony foreend. Very desireable options include a four panel checkered bolt knob with bordered checkering, and the much sought after quarter rib sight package with folding rear leaf sight and ramped, hooded front sight. 3 shot magazine with swing down floor plate. Original Kimber black owner’s manual/pamphlet. Original two piece brown cardboard box with grey foam padding. Serial Number “SA1109” The stock has a few handling dings on the comb and one tiny mark on the butt side where the checkered bolt knob was allowed to press against the wood, probably while rifle was stored in box.
