Custom stock is unique in that it has been laminated from top to bottom (rather than from side to side) with strips of walnut approximately 3/8" thick. This creates a rather interesting and attractive effect while providing the performance and stability associated with laminated stocks. Stock features hand rubbed oil finish, shadow-line cheek piece, wrap around point pattern checkering on fore end and cross-over point pattern on grip, rosewood grip cap and fore end tip. Sling swivels are included. Blued finished metal appears to be 100% of very close to it. Weight is 7 lbs 5 oz.
