Accepted Payment Methods: Returns: 3 Days Description: Italian Vetterli Vitali M1889 6.5 Carcano Rifle. - 33.75" barrel, fixed front sight, rear sight adjustable for elevation, bayonet lug, front and rear sling attachments, steel butt-plate, and cleaning rod. However cleaning rod patch loop is broken (see advertisement picture #2.) - Also included is 36rds of 6.5 Carcano; 18rds of FMJ, and 18rds of Soft point (6rds of soft point are on a stripper clip, the other 12rds are loose.). The ammo is from the 1930s. - Age is apparent with the stock and metal finish, however the bore is in good condition. Circa 1889, SN: KR2213 --- *WARNING* The firing pin discharges when the bolt handle is pushed down (see advertisement picture #5.) So currently as it stands this firearm is unsafe to fire.
