Gun is brand new from the factory, comes with the factory hard case and 3 factory chokes. Beretta's new unique double auto break open shotgun! Buyer pays shipping both ways if the gun comes back. No sales tax on guns ship out of Kansas, guns sold in Kansas are subject to 5.55% sales tax. I am a licensed FFL, and include a copy of my FFL with the gun for your dealers records. I will ship to a C&R if the gun is eligible (you look it up!).
