We have taken in a pair of SMITH & WESSON Model 60's that have been FULLY ENGRAVED. No history was provided, so we can't advise if this was factory engraving or aftermarket, but we suspect the latter. The guns are NOT identical, and the serial numbers are NOT sequential (R199xxx & R223xxx), however, the engraved designs are quite similar, probably done at different times, with subtle differences which makes them very interesting. Quality of the engraving is excellent with intricate scrollwork and some starburst patterns. Both guns have similar grips with rams on one side and the S&W logo on the other. These two would make a beautiful presentation set at a reasonable price -- or a really nice gift for a special person. We had these listed at $1800 apiece, but we want to sell them now as a pair, and the price is firm at $2500. We take all cards; no fee. Shipping is Fedex Air Insured Overnite to your FFL, price TBD.
