From its DEY serial number prefix, it was manufactured in 1999, Law Enforcement variant. This is one of the very first Glocks with a picatinny rail incorporated into its frame. Manufacturer is Glock Ges.m.b.H., of Deutsch-Wagram, Austria. Importer is Glock Inc. of Smyrna, Georgia. Construction is steel barrel, slide, and internal parts in a steel impregnated polymer frame. Factory specs are double action only blowback action, striker fired semi-auto pistol. Barrel length is 3 3/4 inches; weight empty is just under 24 ounces; and the maximum thickness is 1 1/16 inch. Sights are original factory issue stake on dot front and U white outline dovetailed rear. Trigger pull is on the original setting of 8 pounds, double action only striker fired, of course. It comes with one original factory magazine, capacity 13 + 1 rounds of .40 S&W caliber ammunition. Surface detractions are moderate, with faint amounts of slide edge whitening and light moderate scouring on its grip frame. We rate it as Very Good, 80 percent vicinity by our estimate; photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright and clean. We estimate it has been fired fewer than 900 rounds for annual qualification, no rounds at all for a Glock.
