For the second time this month, the star of Discovery Channel’s “Sons of Guns” was arrested on charges related to the sexual abuse of a minor, local media reports.
Will Hayden, the owner of Red Jacket Firearms, was charged on Tuesday with aggravated rape of a 12-year-old child, according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Hayden already was facing charges for molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature following his arrest on Aug. 9.
It appears that police have upgraded the charges from molestation to rape.
Following his initial arrest, Hayden told TMZ, telling that the accusations are the result of a disgruntled ex-girlfriend, who is upset about their break-up and trying to retaliate by saying Hayden molested their daughter.
Hayden’s oldest daughter Stephanie, who also stars on “Sons of Guns,” seemed to corroborate that claim in a statement on Facebook:
“This was a false allegation and unfortunately that’s all it takes. My father is a good man, and ALL of his children love him very much and are truly sickened that a person would try to do this to our family,” she said. “The one thing that really hurts us is that my sister is heartbroken that anyone could think this of her father. It’s a nightmare.”
UPDATE, 4:30 p.m. PST, via TMZ:
“TMZ has obtained arrest docs in Hayden’s case … and Hayden’s daughter is now backing up the allegations. She told investigators Hayden took her virginity in March, 2013 when she was 11-years-old. She said she was orally and vaginally raped almost daily, but did not report it because he threatened her physically.
According to the docs, the victim says Hayden told her, ‘Don’t tell them nothing, because I’m all you got.'”

If she keeps pushing, she is going to lose it all, if Will ends up in Jail, the company, and all of assets will not go to her, and its hard to get support out of a man in jail!!
Something else to think about, the say he was raping the girl almost daily, that would be hard to prove, with the filming and film crew around him almost 24 hours a day, that is a big stretch!
