This gun is AS NEW & has never been fired and comes with (2) 20 round magazines, still in their original cardboard cases. There are one or two very slight nicks on this gun that do not take away from the appearance in any way. The original warning label is still attached to the stock and there is a leather sling that came from the S&W factory. This gun was part of a set of about 100 that was found in the factory in the early 70's and sold to the public as a C&R. This model was originally made for the British gov't in 1940 but rejected by the British. The British threw their entire shipment into the English Channel, leaving only a few left.
