4 Any order cancellations must be submitted via email to . Please include your name, order#, and the reason for cancellation. In the subject title please list order# and the word Cancel. Sorry there are no phone cancellations, all must be in writing. It may take up to 24 hours for us to confirm that the order can be stopped & canceled and you will be sent a Cancellation Confirmation email.

5 All orders are sent Signature Required to prevent theft. Any items returned due to of lack of signature will be responsible for shipping and 20% restocking fees.

6 We do not offer special request to modify items or orders unless first approved by our office in writing. Any request placed on an order without written approval will not be honored.
