Description: This listing is for One cleaning kit. Here are well preserved government issue cleaning kits for the Chinese 59/66 rifles, issued by and sold by the Chinese Government from 1956 up until the present. These kits came to us with an acquisition of Albanian Government SKS rifles we got in 2012. Manufacturer was Government Arsenal 296, or Jianshe Arsenal of Chongqing in Sichuan, West China. That arsenal was the principal supplier to the Viet Cong and the Vietnam People's Army before and during the Vietnam War. Each kit includes a bore brush, jab, punch, allen type wrench, and sight tool encased in its steel storage tube. Items are well greased. Parent rifles we got these from had dates ranging from 1957 up until 1965. None of these were used against our forces in Vietnam, because the Chinese Government dealt them to the Albanians before hostilities commenced. Their production mates, however, were a different story.
