You are looking at a Ruger 10/22. I was told that it was new in the box when I bought it, and I have no reason to doubt it. I appears to be in pristine condition. However, since I cannot guarantee that it is unfired, I am listing it LNIB.
The box is Ruger’s 50th anniversary model, which may explain why this gun has not been used. It was in fact made in 2000 rather than 1999 based on the serial number (251-12***.) The box is in good condition; the rifle is in excellent condition, and, as previously mentioned, gives no indication of having been fired.

I prefer Postal Money Orders but recommend that you use a tracking with them (I am waiting for one to turn up to a seller – 60 day wait to get a replacement). I will take a Cashier's Check or Personal Check but will not ship for ten (10) days until the check has cleared. Please note: If your FFL requires that this gun be shipped by an FFL dealer, I will require an additional $30.00 to cover his fee. Please know your local laws of firearms ownership prior to bidding. Please do not bid if you are restricted by the law on ownership of firearms. You must be 21 years of age to bid on handguns and 18 years of age for rifles and airguns. In the event that you are the winner of the auction and you do not go through with your obligation of purchasing the firearm, I will leave you negative feedback in order to get credit for my auction fees and to relist the item.
You are solely responsible for determining that a firearm is safe to shoot. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer (you) agrees to hold seller (me) harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise or improper and illegal use of the firearm. I am a private seller and so SALE IS FINAL– absolutely no returns! So, please ask me any questions before bidding. I will leave a feedback for every auction and hope you will do the same. In the event that the auction site goes down within 12 hours of the end of the auction, I reserve the right to relist the item. Also, if I reserve the right to sell this gun locally (while the Washington State politicians allow it) and remove it from GunBroker prior to the slated time for the auction to end.
Thanks for Looking and Good Luck!
