The pistols do not appear to have been fired, however, I cannot guarantee.. The outer packaging (box/styrofoam/paperwork) is missing. The walnut box is in very good condition with minor wear involving the lower right corner and the central medallion is tarnished. One of the pistols is in like new condition. The other has rust at the bottom of the grip, as seen in the pic. No additional rust is found anywhere on either pistol. The engraved cylinders are excellent. The case-hardened frame and ejector rods are perfect, the brass trigger guards are tarnished, but otherwise excellent. All serial numbers match for the set: pistol (1) is serial #US0289, pistol (2) is serial # 0289US. The stock is serial #US0289. The additional accessories are also excellent without rust. The brass parts are tarnished, the walnut stock is excellent without scratches. Please email any questions and I will do my best to answer. I will provide any additional photos requested. I purchased the set used at a charity auction, I do not know the original owner.
