Whether purchased here or somewhere else I urge every buyer to have any used firearm they purchase inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. I make every effort to know the laws everywhere but it is impossible to know every law for every city, county, and state. Buyer assumes responsibility for knowing their local laws concerning this firearm. By agreeing to purchase, the buyer acknowledges assuming this responsibility.
Buyer must contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying buyer strike. Payment for this item must be received within 7 days, of auction’s end. Non-payment in that period of time may result in negative or non-payer feedback. If there are any problems or delays, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to work with you.

We must receive a copy of your receiving Dealer’s signed FFL before we can ship any firearm. A signed FFL copy may be faxed or emailed to us for verification. You may also include a copy of the Dealer’s signed FFL along with your payment if mailing.
I will help any non-FFLs find a transfer friendly FFL that will accept transfer. I will even contact and arrange transfer.
