Kral / Tri Star KRX Tactical Semi Auto shotgun. Manufacturer is Kral A.V. of Konya, Turkey.  Importer and warrantor is Tri Star Sporting Arms of North Kansas City, Missouri. AR platform, with Benelli / Beretta inertia mechanism. Steel barrel, bolt, magazine, return mechanism and internal parts built into an alloy receiver with hard polymer lower housing, modular buttstock assembly and forend assembly.. Barrel is 20 inches with a ported, extended, .723 diameter Cylinder choke tube. Thread is Beretta Mobil Choke type. 12 gauge shells, 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch interchangeably. Sight system is detachable; its foundation is a 21 slot alloy M1913 Picatinny Rail on the alloy receiver; and a 32 slot Picatinny on the polymer forend housing.  Rear sight is innovative 2 blade AR type, windage and elevation adjustable, and with one blade that is open and the other aperture. Front sight is red fiber optic mated to the rear; both are removable – the back with thumb screws and the front by depression slot and sliding. Forend has an 8 slot integral rail on its bottom, and decorative lateral rails. Both Magazines are 5 shot. Release is AR15 type. Trigger is .330 smooth faced; pulled at 8 pounds with minimal felt creep and moderate overtravel. Safety is for right hand shooters, positioned AR style for the right thumb. Stock drop is 1/2 by 3/4 inch from the rail; or 2 1/2 by 2 3/4 with the sight installed. Length of  pull is 14 1/4 inches from the trigger face to the end of the 1 inch recoil pad. Stock has a mild 3/4 inch right hand cast. Overall length is 41 inches. Weight empty is 8 pounds 5 ounces, centered at the breech face. Finish is matte black and flat dark earth. Each KRX comes in its factory box with choke tube wrench, two magazines, break-in advisory sticker, and instruction manual. New owner factory registration is on tristararms com.
