Cartridge follower is high impact black polymer, and floorplate is Mec-Gar’s own Plus 2 that allows this magazine to hold fifteen rounds of .40 S&W Ammunition. These magazines fit any Beretta 96 series pistol, standard or Vertec grip frame; and they also fit the CX4 rifles. They will not fit a PX4 Pistol, will not fit a Taurus, will not fit the dump lever of a 1947 John Deere Manure Spreader. Note that the plus 2 floorplate will necessarily extend the grip frame. .
