Construction is stainless steel barrel, slide, and steel internal parts fitted into a high impact polymer frame. The CT9 is a striker fired, blowback, semi automatic compact pistol. It is full time double action, with a 5 1/2 pound vicinity smooth pull on every shot with its .400 smooth faced Satin Stainless trigger. Chambering is 9mm Luger, 9mm Parabellum, 9x19, call it what you will, THE 9mm. The magazine holds 8 rounds, 8+1 capacity. Barrel is 3.965 inch nickel plated stainless, 1:10 six groove right hand twist, with Kahr’s innovative offset injection setup. Slide is stainless steel, with rear serrations and full length blue steel guide rod. Sights are stake on white dot front and dovetailed white bar rear black sights. Weight is only 20.6 ounces empty. Maximum frame thickness is .945 inches; overall maximum length 6 1/2 inches; maximum height 5.08 inches with magazine in battery.
