These barrels are made to exact specifications of LW50 Stainless Steel to provide the most accurate barrel and offer the best in every aspect of performance. The LW50 stainless steel allows for seamless machining with a nearly perfect bore and chamber, the polygonal rifling offers less bullet deformation, reduced drag and increased velocity, and the Melonite process greatly increases prolonged barrel life, durability, corrosion protection and ease of cleaning.*(Match grade barrels shoot Sub-MOA at 100 yards with match ammo)*. The barrel is finished off with a KVP FDE linear comp. By pushing excessive noise and concussion downrange, not only will the operator experience a much softer shooting experience but perceived decibel reduction.
The final piece is the Nitride M16 Bolt Carrier w/ Enhanced Match Headspaced Bolt Assembly (Bolt: Blacknitride+ processed, 9310 Super Alloy Steel, MPI, Hardened Steel Extractor, Heavy Duty Extractor Spring and Black Extractor Insert. Shot peened Blk nitride+ processed 8620 steel Carrier, Gas Key and cam pin with Hard Chrome coated Firing Pin. Hardened to USGI Specifications, Mil- Spec Staked, Permatex NO.3D aviation and fastend Grade 8 Hardened Fasteners for ultra reliability and ease of maintenance.
Each B.T.A. High Performance custom upper is test fired and is certified to drop on and function with any mil-spec,AR lower unit.
