I can provide several pictures and even a short video clip of it in operation to a SERIOUS buyer who can be the judge. At the time of writing this, from what I can tell, this is the only Model 1897 Tournament Grade being offered anywhere on the net right now. Operates flawlessly. The metal has lost quite a bit of the original bluing but it's a long ways from being shiny steel yet. I would say as a whole it's gotta still be around 50%. The wood is in great shape, it's the beautiful upgraded tournament grade wood, no cracks anywhere and only two short surface varnish scratches that are so light that the only way to notice them is to hold it in reflected light. Bore shows some very small areas of pitting shadows but otherwise shiny and serviceable. Matching Serial number is E635374. I am not a dealer.
