Here are two factory Beretta Magazines that shipped into California with their new parent pistol in 1993. Manufacturer was Fabricca d’Armi Pietro Beretta, S.A., of Gardone, Italy. Importer was Beretta USA of Accokeek, MD. Current factory number is JM8039HC, that was not the number when these hit port. Construction is steel body, spring, and tail plate, with anodized alloy floorplate and cartridge follower. Current production factory mags have polymer plates and followers. Finish is matte blue body. Each magazine holds 13 rounds of .380 ACP caliber ammunition. These magazines are for any variant of the Beretta model 84 pistol. It does not matter whether a Beretta 84 has a BB suffix on its model number, or an FS Suffix, or the word Cheetah written on it. They will also fit a Browning BDA380 pistol, because Beretta manufactured the Brownings. They will not fit any other pistol besides an 84 Beretta or a BDA380 Browning. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint whitening on the center edges and on the edges of the floor plates. We rate them both as Excellent Condition, 90% vicinity by our estimate.
