This Colt Single Action Army revolver was shipped from the factory on November 1, 1907 (serial #301422), to Sears Roebuck & Company, Chicago, Illinois, with four other guns. It has a 5.5” barrel, original hard rubber grips (numbered to gun) and is in .32 WCF (.32-20) caliber. The original blue and case colors have aged to a pleasing plumb color with shallow frosting in places. Wear shows on the leading edges of the cylinder, the front of the ejector housing and rod head, and the left front of the barrel. Screw heads are all in good condition as are the grips. It is in very good shape mechanically and has an extremely good bore for its age, with strong, clean rifling.
The holster is a medium weight, carved, closed toe, double loop style, of the proper vintage, in very good condition. It is not maker marked.
