Description: This is a very nice Colt 3rd Generation P1840 Single Action Army with 4.75” barrel, blue and case, in .45 Long Colt. The prior owner estimates under 150 rounds have been shot in it. The action was tuned by Nutmeg Sports, and it is smooth. It appears as new, with a slight blemish in the blue at the right top of the back strap – probably from a screw driver. This gun is of the later version, with complete, removable cylinder bushing (serial #S47355A). The pictures speak for themselves. It is complete with blue Custom Shop box, sleeve and papers.
