Description: Custom Remington Model 700, by the Hill Country Rifle Company, with satin-finished Stainless-Steel Action and McMillan Mountain Rifle Graphite Stock that is right-handed, short-action, strong, accurate and weather-proof. Satin-finished Benchmark Barrel is Premium-Grade Match-Quality 416 Stainless Steel, made with Mountain Rifle contour, 1 in 10-inch twist, recess-crowned at 22 inches long and without drilled sight holes. Stock is black satin, with Uncle Mike's swivel studs, cheek piece, checkering, black Pachmayr 1-inch Decelerator recoil pad, straight comb and 13 1/2-inch length of pull. Action is pillared and bedded into the stock and barrel free-floated. Gretan spiral-fluted stainless-steel firing pin assembly for faster lock time. Timney trigger adjusted to a crisp 3 1/2 pounds of pull. Empty weight is just under 7 pounds with Talley mount, Leupold VX3 2.5-8x scope and Butler Creek scope covers. Excellent accuracy, shooting 1/2-inch groups at 100 yards. Limited use, so it is like new and in Excellent Condition.
