The barrel length is 24 inches long and this was manufactured in 1949. The bore is excellent. The bluing is on the barrel is very good with a couple of small scratches and a little bit of we on the muzzle end. The finish on the receiver is great. The finish on the floor plate and trigger guard is in good shape with some handling wear. The stock is in very good shape with a couple of minor dings from usage. There is a new Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 mounted and bore sighted There is no box or papers. This item is a consignment gun for sale in my retail store and could be sold while the ad is active.
