In our experience, factory magazines work best, especially for Colt pistols. Like the pistols themselves, the factory mags are smooth and slick; they work like they're supposed to. We award unqualified support for Mec-Gar Magazines; but all others, besides factory like these, are suspect to us unless proven otherwise. For Colt Pistols, the factory magazines enhance their value for resale and collectability. Photos show brand new blue steel 10 round .22 LR Magazines to fit Woodsman type pistols manufactured after about 1950 with –S suffixes, and these have the Colt name on them. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
