Description: Here is a sporter variant of the tried and true Kalashnikov AK type rifle line, made in Russia by veteran machinists. Each Saiga comes with a 10 round detachable magazine, and for all we know they will accept Chinese AK Mags in that caliber. Barrel length is 16.3 inches; and overall length is a compact 37.3 inches. Weight empty is a solid 8.4 pounds, so these are exceptionally light recoiling rifles. Sights are conventional windage and elevation adjustable, and stock and forend are durable black synthetic, equipped with integral sling swivel studs. Bore, chamber, and gas tube interior are all chrome lined for maximum durability.
