This is an early striker fired pistol which remains in very good, fully functioning condition. The Waffenfabrik von Dreyse company was acquired by Rheinische Metallwaren & Maschinenfabrik Sömmerda in 1901, although the Dreyse Model pistols were marketed under the Dreyse name. 3.25” barrel is very good with generally clean bore showing very good rifling. The solid steel slide and frame are good with scattered wear, light pitting. The gun functions flawlessly with striker fire action. Original grips are good but appear to be slightly different colors.
