I have owned this weapon for over 25 years and put 100 rounds through it without a single malfunction. This is a thin (3/4 inch) pistol in 911 style configuration. There is some pitting and some wear to the bluing in some areas. I tried to show the condition in my photos.The overall exterior finish is moderate. It has a European mag release and, as a Browning design, has hand grip safety as well as a manual one. The Colt 1903 is considered an excellently well made gun with light recoil and extreme point-ability. There is after market grips on the gun now and I will include the original grips. This is an excellent carry or purse gun, or you can carry it in a pocket.
