Description: This listing is for the exact rifle in the photos. Here is an attractive and serviceable Winchester 190 auto rifle. It has a barrel squib, or bulge, that is not at all conspicuous.

Manufacturer was H.W. Cooey Machine & Arms Company of Cobourg, Ontario. Importer and exclusive distributor was Winchester Repeating Arms of New Haven, CT. That information is factual, in spite of the barrel marking, Made in New Haven, Conn. – USA. From this Winchester's B1,830,000 range Serial number, and from similarly numbered rifles we received new the same year, this 190 was manufactured in 1977, the Thirteenth Year of a Production run that ended in 1980. At some point it migrated to the Land of Israel, and served on a Kibbutz, a communal farm, dispatching winged and four legged raiders of row crops. Import stamping is on the side of the receiver as required by US Law. Construction is steel barrel, bolt, magazine tubes, trigger, stock bolt, and internal parts built into a lightweight alloy receiver with alloy trigger group housing and polymer internal buffers. Buttstock and forend are Canadian hardwood. Barrel is one piece steel 20 inch, with 1:16, six groove right hand rifling. Sights are steel dovetailed blade front, and matching steel dovetailed rear, that is drift adjustable for windage and step adjustable for elevation. Magazine tube is steel inner and outer, and holds 15 rounds of .22 Long Rifle ammunition. This rifle will NOT digest Short or Long ammunition reliably. Receiver is grooved for 5/8 inch .22 Tip Off rings. Trigger is .250 smooth faced, pulls 2 stage at 8 pounds vicinity with minimal felt creep and overtravel. Safety is in front of the trigger guard, push button type for right handed shooters only. Stock drop is 2 x 2 7/8 inches, with a 3/4 inch right hand cast. Buttstock length of pull is 13 1/2 inches, with an overall length of 39 inches. Weight empty is 5 pounds 4 ounces, centered at the rear sight. Finish is brushed surface blued steel, semi gloss black anodized receiver, and semi gloss oil for the stock and forend. Surface detractions are minimal on this rifle, principally faint wear on the left side receiver and occasional scouring on the wood. We rate this rifle finishwise, as Excellent Condition, 90 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Barrel has a slight squib 1 inch back of the muzzle, a slight buldge from firing a squib round. Otherwise bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright and clean. One of the strong suites of the 190 series is its ease of cleaning by simply dropping the entire trigger and hammer assembly out. Barrel, magazine tube, and buttstock are all securely attached. We estimate this rifle has been fired no more than 1000 times. We're offering it for only $ 139.00. Any ammunition or personnel are Not included.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
