Made in Belgium, this rifle features a finely checkered walnut stock with Monte Carlo cheekpiece and brown recoil pad, a blued Mauser action with hinged floorplate and gold-washed engraving, dual crossbolt recoil lugs, and 24" barrel with adjustable sights. Gun is in very good overall condition with excellent bluing and only very minor wear to the stock/finish. Serial number is an L72, so likely 1972 manufacture, which should preclude it being a salt gun. We pulled the recoil pad to check for salt, and the wood and screws appeared ok.
