Construction is one piece folded steel body, with 6 point Tig welded front closure. Feed area is two ply lateral with twin weld spots. Locking lug is 6 weld two ply. Floorplate is steel with perforation and flap for removal for spring maintenance and cleaning. Finish is matte surface blued. These Number 1410 magazines hold 10 rounds of .308 Winchester or 7.62x51 NATO ammunition. These magazines work well in all variants of current production rifles from Springfield Armory chambered in 308.
